At Solvar Jewellery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the jewellery in its original branded packaging and secure it inside a padded shipping envelope to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
